Nutrition and food groups.
Designing an ideal plate rather than being told what to eat creates ownership and intention. Students who actively categorise foods by group and make conscious choices about balance are more likely to carry this thinking into real food choices — unlike passive nutrition lectures.
1. Divide plate in 5 sections. 2. Draw food from each group. 3. Label each group.
