This activity enhances multitasking skills and improves focus.
Engaging in dual tasks trains the brain to switch between activities. It increases cognitive flexibility, making learning more effective.
1. Choose two simple tasks to do at the same time. For example, counting to 50 and writing the alphabet. 2. Set your timer for 3 minutes. 3. Start both tasks simultaneously as soon as the timer starts. 4. Focus on completing each task without getting distracted. 5. When the timer goes off, stop both tasks. 6. What did you notice about your ability to multitask?
